Who holds my money? What happens if something happens to PACT or Payactiv?

You do. The wallet is self-custodial: the digital dollars in your balance sit in a wallet that only you can unlock, with the fingerprint, face, or PIN on your phone. PACT and Payactiv cannot move the money in your wallet. If anything were to happen to PACT or Payactiv, your balance would remain yours. One exception to know about: while a bank transfer is on its way to or from your bank, it is handled by our regulated transfer partner (BitGo Trust Company) until it arrives.
