My recipient doesn't have the wallet. Can I still send them?

Yes. The app creates a secure payment link for you to share over WhatsApp or text. When your recipient taps it, the link simply opens in their web browser (like Chrome or Safari) to show the amount and expiration time. Claiming the money takes one more step: in the US, they'll download the Payactiv app and register (if they haven't already); outside the US, they'll download the PACT Wallet app from the App Store and claim it there. Links work in most countries worldwide.
