I received a payment link. How do I claim my money?

Tap the link — it opens a web page that shows the dollar amount and expiration time.
If you're in the US, create a free Payactiv account and the money goes straight to your wallet. If you're outside the US, the page guides you to download the Pact Wallet app from the Play Store or App Store — once you create your wallet, your money is there waiting.
One rule to remember: the money is only yours once it shows in your balance. Until then, the sender can cancel the link — so never hand over goods or cash for a link that hasn't been claimed.
