Why do I see a charge from BitGo Trust SD on my bank statement?

That's normal. Money moving between your wallet and your bank is processed by BitGo Trust Company, a regulated US custodian based in South Dakota, so their name appears on your statement instead of Payactiv. The amount won't always match to the cent: a small processing fee is taken out, so when you cash out, a little less reaches your bank than the amount you withdrew. That's why the app shows you the minimum you'll receive before you confirm. Match the date and rough amount to your transfer in the app; if a charge doesn't match anything you did, contact support right away.
