Why does the app show a minimum amount I'll receive instead of an exact one?

Because a small processing fee is taken out when money moves to your bank, and the exact fee isn't final until the transfer runs. So the app shows the minimum you'll receive — you'll get at least that amount. The final figure appears in your transaction history once the transfer completes.
