I lost my phone. Is my money safe?

Your wallet only moves funds with your fingerprint, face, or phone PIN — so someone who finds the phone cannot get in without one of those. The real risk is anyone who knows your phone PIN: with it, they could approve transfers, and a completed transfer cannot be reversed. That's why speed matters. Lock or erase the phone right away using Find My (Apple) or Find My Device (Google), and contact support immediately. Then, on a replacement phone, sign into your same Apple or Google account and open the wallet from the Payactiv app.
