How do I know a payment link is really from you?

Check two things. First, the web address: every real payment link starts with pactlabs. After you tap a link, look at the address at the top of the page — scammers can copy our colors and logo, but they cannot copy our address. Second, what the page asks for: a real claim page will never ask for your bank login, card number, PIN, or any security code. If either check fails — or you're just not sure — don't type anything. Send the link to support and we'll tell you if it's real.
