Do I ever lose money if the app closes, crashes, or I get interrupted?

No. Money only moves after you approve a transfer with your fingerprint, face, or PIN — so a closed app, a crash, a stray Back tap, or a dropped connection can't send anything on its own. If something interrupts you mid-transfer, reopen the wallet from the Payactiv app and check your history: the transfer either went through or it didn't. If anything looks off, contact support with the time and amount.
