The app crashed or my phone died in the middle of a transfer. Did it go through?

Money only moves after you approve with your fingerprint, face, or PIN. If the app closed before you approved, nothing was sent. If it closed right after you approved, open the wallet and check your history — the transfer will either be there or it won't. If it shows something you didn't expect, contact support with the time and amount.
